After the terrible scenes in Cincinnati on Monday night Jimmy Dice and Cashman join the whole NFL family in wishing Damar Hamlin the best and a fast and full recovery.
After the shocking incident which happened during the game between AFC powerhouses Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills which was suspended after the defensive ace suffered a suspected cardiac arrest on the field the whole sporting world has rallied around the super popular NFL star.
The good news is Hamlin is communicating with Doctors and even asked by written note if they won the game. The signs are positive but the scenes from Monday night were sobering for all the fans, coaches and players and we are sending all the love and positive energy in the name of Damar Hamlin as hopefully he returns to complete health.
All of his coaches and people around him have spoken of him being a great football player but an even finer human being as his goal was always to make the NFL and give back to his community. UPDATE: The game between Cincinnati and Buffalo will not be replayed and according to the NFL competition committee and head man Roger Goodell, the AFC Championship game might be held at a neutral stadium if the qualifying teams have played a different number of games. The Bengals have been awarded the AFC North title for the 2nd year in a row and this is based on winning percentage as they could end up with the same number of wins as Baltimore.
